One third if we settle
If the case resolves without filing suit, our fee is a third of the recovery. That number does not move once you have signed.
Forty per cent if we file
Filing means depositions, experts and months of work, so the fee rises to forty per cent. We tell you before we file, not after.
Nothing if we recover nothing
If we recover nothing you owe us nothing: not the fee, and not the costs we advanced along the way.
