Injured driving for work
If you were in a vehicle on the clock, there is a comp claim and there is a claim against the other driver. They are separate files and only one of them is capped.
Site and machinery accidents
The general contractor, the equipment maker and the subcontractor are not your employer, which means comp's limits do not protect them from a claim.

Who owned the equipment, who ran the site, who was contracted to inspect it. The answer is rarely your employer, and that is the point.
We demand
A documented demand against every party that owed you a duty. Most cases resolve here, at a number set by how much we found.
We file if we must
If the offer is not serious, we file. Your employer is not the defendant and cannot be the one to punish you for it.
