Usually about three weeks from first conversation to us taking the calls.
We look at your properties and current rents and send a written proposal with real numbers. Free, no meeting required first.
We collect leases, deposits and keys, notify tenants, and inspect every unit with photographs so we have a documented baseline.
Rent reviews where they're due, deferred maintenance addressed, and any problem tenancies dealt with properly.
You look at the portal when you feel like it. We only contact you for approvals above your threshold and for anything genuinely serious.
